At Instinct Health, we practice Purna yoga. Purna translates into “complete” from transcript and you will be guided through a practice that encompasses your entire body. This style of yoga is suitable for all experience types, from beginners to advanced yoga participants. Our Yoga classes run for 60 minutes and during the practice you will have the opportunity to improve flexibility, practice mindfulness and improve body awareness and postural alignment.
